About us
Joseph's House International is a Maryland 501(c) (3) Non-Profit Organization founded in 2019. It was established to make a difference, no matter how little, in the lives of elementary-aged students in rural parts of Eastern Nigeria, to come along side people with disabilities and their families in Southern Maryland by hosting fun and community building activities, and to support various needs in our local community, Montgomery County.

Empower

We execute projects and initiatives that support our constituents both in Nigeria and the United States.
In Eastern Nigeria villages, we put shoes on the feet of students, provide books, bags, personal hygiene products, etc. We do small renovations to school buildings and provide school desks and chairs.
In Southern Maryland, we host events and activities that create opportunities for people with disabilities and their families to come together to have fun and build community. In Montgomery county Maryland, we help to meet various needs in our local community, including donating food to shelters and churches.
We run organized sports programs for elementary aged children in rural Eastern Nigeria, and we execute projects and initiatives that educate families of children with intellectual disabilities and provides resources to them.
